when i am logged on to the internet and request a page or website, is my computer downloading the page or just
well i just applied for the basic plan (home 250) - dataone broadband, i have a free usage limit upto 1gb which includes both downloads and uploads, just wanted to know when i request
a page, am i downloading the page or just accessing it from the source, and the same question for youtube videos(that is when i watch them)??/
Everything you view has to be transferred over your connection. There is no "accessing it from the source". Downloading or streaming, no difference at all between these two. Data is transferred over your line. Be really careful with YouTube videos, because you can easily exceed your usage limit.
